One year has passed since I wrote to you on September 12, 2019, advising that the Diocese of Rochester on this same date filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in order to address in the best and fairest manner possible claims brought by the survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
